This product is produced by reacting iron oxide black with manganese sulfate at high temperatures to obtain manganese iron black with extremely high thermal stability. It exhibits excellent heat resistance, lightfastness, acid resistance, alkali resistance, non-migration, high tinting strength, and easy dispersibility. The product has stable tinting strength, good powder dispersibility, and is not prone to clumping or coarsening.

This product also demonstrates high stability at medium and low temperatures. At 700℃/30min, ΔE < 3.0; it is not prone to dehydration or reddening during high-temperature processing.

This product is suitable for applications requiring high temperature resistance, such as automotive coatings, wood coatings, coil coatings, powder coatings, emulsion paints, decorative paints, industrial coatings, floorings, plastic coatings, masterbatch, roof tile coatings, and marine paints.
